- 1 Mile: Minimum age 16 (with a parent/guardian escort)
- 2 Mile: Minimum age 18​
- Optional fundraising, you pay £45 or £50 to race, and you can choose to fundraise/donate it you'd like to

CHARITY ENTRY - £35/40
Pick this entry:
1 Mile: Minimum age 16 (with a parent/guardian escort)
- 2 Mile: Minimum age 18
- You must raise a minimum of £50 for our chosen charities

NIPPERS RACE - £8
Pick this entry:
- for kids age 8 -11 on race day
- 200m sea swim
- fully life guarded
- parents can join kids in the water
- Swim hat and finishers token for every child
